John Leith | Managing Director
John established 2discover recruitment and consulting in 2004 due to his belief that generally, customers and candidates were dissatisfied when dealing with recruitment agencies. John’s aim is to ensure that 2discover works closely with clients and candidates to ensure that both parties are well-informed and satisfied throughout the entire recruitment process.
John’s career began with a management consulting company as a graduate HR cadet in the UK. After 6 years he became responsible for the overall management of outsourcing projects from client engagement through to operational delivery.
A testament to John’s passion for exceptional service is reflected in his relationships with both clients and candidates. He is a hands-on MD who truly believes that successful recruiting and consulting projects are reliant upon clear communication, total quality and true partnership.
Catherine Eyre | General Manager
Catherine has 15+ years recruitment experience, gained across industries throughout her career including Financial Services and Telecommunications. Catherine has operated at Executive level in Operations Management, HR, L&D and OD and has driven recruitment strategy internally.
Her strong commercial acumen and understanding of the unique cultures held in each organisation has proven a successful combination in her role as General Manager of 2discover recruitment, with the quality of service and candidate provided to our clients.
Jody Cutajar | Senior Recruitment Consultant
Jody helped to establish 2discover Recruitment in 2004, and has been actively involved in all aspects of the recruitment services we provide. Prior to starting with 2discover, Jody was involved in marketing, and traveled extensively overseas promoting service offerings to existing customers and working to engage new customers to broaden his client base. Jody is committed to delivering seamless permanent and temporary recruitment services to both clients and candidates alike.
Esmeralda Balbin | Finance Manager
Esmeralda’s career spans over eighteen years, primarily working with senior management. Esme has been with 2discover since 2007 bringing a wealth of experience. She has over 10 years work experience with Multi-national Advertising Agency specializing in Health Care and Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Dubai primarily as Finance and Administration Manager.
