John Leith -Managing Director

John established 2discover recruitment and consulting in 2004 due to his belief that generally customers and candidates were dissatisfied when dealing with recruitment agencies. John's aim is to ensure that 2discover works closely with clients and candidates to ensure that both parties are well informed and satisfied throughout the entire recruitment process.

John's career in recruitment began in1992 when he worked with a national agency as a National Account Manager. Prior to working within the recruitment industry, John worked as a HR Manager with a management consultancy firm. After six years he became responsible for the overall management of outsourcing staffing projects from client engagement through to operational delivery.

A testament to John's passion for exceptional service is reflected in his relationships with both clients and candidates. John is a hands on MD who truly believes that successful recruiting and consulting projects are reliant upon clear communication, total quality and true partnership.

Julie Carran -General Manager

With over 20 years in the Recruitment Industry Julie has a proven track record of delivering high levels of confidence in the business relationships and delivery of service. Julie has the ability to identify client needs and effective solutions to add value and profitability to the client's businesses.

Julie's career started in New Zealand for a Global Recruitment organisation as a permanent consultant then moving to Australia and managing a branch in Sydney. Julie's transition to Sales Manager where she was responsible for managing a large Account Management team ensuring delivery of client service and business development for their NSW divisions. Julie has been responsible for the business development across the full spectrum of recruitment disciplines as well as for running the HR Network Group - one of the most successful HR Network groups in Sydney with over 300 members.

Julie joined 2discover in 2006 as the General Manager ensuring the quality of delivery of service to our clients and customer service is paramount.

 

Jody Cutajar -Consultant

Jody helped to establish 2discover Recruitment in 2004, and has been actively involved in all aspects of the recruitment services we provide. Reporting directly to Julie Carran, 2discovers General Manager, Jody is focused on permanent recruitment services across the many diverse areas of today’s corporate business arena.

Prior to starting with 2discover, Jody was involved in marketing, and traveled extensively overseas promoting service offerings to existing customers and working to engage new customers to broaden his client base.

Jody is committed to delivering seamless permanent recruitment services to both clients and candidates alike.

Esmeralda Balbin -Finance

Esmeralda's career spans over eighteen (18) years, primarily working with senior management. She has over 10 years work experience with Multi-national Advertising Agency specializing in Health Care and Pharmaceutical Industries which is based in Dubai primarily as Finance and Administration Manager. She has successfully implemented the full automation of organisation accounting system. These include SA, Jordan and Cairo operations.

Esmeralda is also responsible for Marketing and Branding within the 2discover service line as well as Finance, Accounting and Administration.

 

Eoin Tarleton -Consultant

Eoin joinied our team in January 2008. Prior to this he spent 6 years in management within a contact centre environment. The main focus of this time was spent on Incident Management and Resource Planning for the call centre of a Utilities company in the UK with 1.2 million customers. He brings with him to 2discover an extensive knowledge of the many varied roles within the call centre arena and a sound knowledge of the recruitment and interview process.

Prior to this time, Eoin spent 3 years working for a leading Electrical Retail Supplier in several stores across the UK. Having managed a busy distribution centre in store, he moved on to focusing on improving service standards and increasing sales volume and quality. Coming from a customer service background Eoin understands the importance of listening and understanding and will always work towards finding solutions that satisfy both the clients and candidates of 2discover.

 

 

Adrian Paraska -Marketing

Adrian has been with 2discover since its inception in 2004. Responsible for all 2discover's corporate identity. Client advertising, corporate branding and advertising. Adrian's background and experience is within corporate branding within marketing and advertising, responsible for design and execution of both small and large campaigns.
