We have only just started partnering with 2discover, but I am already a big fan. They handled the most delicate of situations with professionalism and integrity.
We were intent upon offering a key middle management role to a particular candidate, when 2discover lived right up to their name and ‘discovered’ an issue that made the offer untenable. They did this through an exceptionally thorough reference checking process (in fact they insisted on 3 reference checks, and also checked the bona fides of the referees, which is where they uncovered the issue)!
They informed us immediately, taking us through their process and actions and then took care of all contacts with the candidate. I doubt that other recruitment management companies would have unearthed the issue and some may have opted not to pass the information on. Few if any would have displayed the professionalism of 2discover.
